This is the new name for the former Care Commission who regulate and inspect Scottish Care Services. They exist to improve the quality of care services in Scotland and they believe an important way of achieving this is by listening to the views and concerns of service users. They carry out a formal inspection of the Glenurquhart Centre on an annual basis.
Contact can be made directly at Care Inspectorate, Compass House, 11 Riverside Drive Dundee DD14NY.
